Competitors must be pre-entered. The entry form that is available on our website.

Closing date for entries is Sunday 14th April

Entry fees are :

• individual kata €10 (£10)
• individual kumite €10 (£10)
• team kata €30 (£30)

Registration :

Registration 9am. Events start at 10am sharp.
